Well, after 3 days of phone calls to AOL, i don't like to know how much my phone bill will be I manage to speak to someone who did have some knowledge.
After all the usual check about my pc been the problem, and endless speed test, they found that there was a fault with the line which is effecting my down speed. Which i have been trying to tell them for the last three days.
Iam a little happier now but still **** at the poor service and all the boring songs when on hold.
