Crap threads

Just wondering what is with the increase of crap threads lately?

I can see Spie is taking the pee out of them by starting a "i'm bored" thread and a "i've hurt my ankle" thread.

I saw one earlier for something about coathangers, i mean WTF.

Can't people think before they post tat like that :eek:

Of course, i don't consider this thread tat because it is talking about tat threads and is not one in itself

Some people just post their every thought in the hope that it will be funny... well established posters can get away with that more than newer ones.

But i suppose there's always the argument of what is "interesting". If one man spends his day thinking about coathangers then it is likely an important subject to him. It's not like it's hard to tap the back button if you don't like the thread.

Just out of curiosity where does everyone draw the line between spam and interesting. For me the coathanger thread had potential, but was locked before I could contribute. Coathangers annoy me too... the fall on the floor when you least expect them and become invisible till you kick it with your foot and stabs you with its hook and your like ARGH! DIE! :mad:

Anyway...

To be honest I don't really care if spam is created, If you don't like it don't reply to it. Let the moderators decide what needs to be closed and who needs to be banned.
