Crashed Helicopter registered to Colin McRae

It does look bad - it happened at 4pm near his estate, if it wasn't him it would have most likely of been said if it wasn't him.

R.I.P for who was one the helicopter.

Truely sad news and if confirmed he was onboard a great loss, not just to the rally world but to motorsport in general.

a friend of mine who knew him well tryed to phone his mobile but couldnt get through.

Just rumour at the moment, police have said no formal identifications until Sunday. They can't even tell how many where on board :eek:

It's not looking good. He was probably flying it himself, he has a license.

BBC News seemed to have confirmed he was on the helicopter, he apparently was the pilot

It will be him, he would have come forward by now, RIP Colin.
