just out of interest what gen was the nvme?
wondering if it not being the same gen is somehow causing issues
i was considering bifurcation on my primary pcie slot on my am5 build and one of hte things mentioned was other than obviously its a road less travelled one issue is if id tried to use two ogpus that were not the same gen of pcie it might have caused issues, or if i put my gpu and a couple of nvme drives on the other half of the slot so to speak if they weren't all gen 5 it MIGHT* have caused issues decided against it but just thinking maybe a similar thing just not with the bifurcation just two different gen devices on the cpu slots maybe
