Crazy idea: power testing (40 series) for custom SFF cooler

More cores at lower clocks is always better (GPUs). Don't need testing.

Higher voltages used by fewer cores (at higher clocks) is less efficient.

The only thing you aren't controlling for properly is the number of VRAM chips.
