Most of it they are swearing at other drivers "Do your mum", which is a standard swearing, similar to our "**** you/**** off" kind of thing.

Actually, listened to it carefully, at the start he was just moaning about "slow car (referring to the car in front), and slow driving"
At the end where they all stopped, he said "X person's car is not here". He also thanked a "Master" (polite expression usually used describe someone more senior) who gave way to him (the car to his left when he was behind a van).
And then a bit more swearing.

If there is method to their binary footwork it will be to take advantage of an LSD
Hummm, so just jab it till it starts to understeer then let off then jab it again when it comes back?

my brother had a civic coupe with a b18c and LSD.
adding throttle mid corner (or even way before the corner in his case, hes a bit of a nutter) would make the car turn in harder, almost indefinately harder. it seemed impossible to make it understeer. you could manipulate it so much with just the throttle mid corner and leave the LSD to do all the work. physics practically went out the window it seemed
