Cambridge regional college not accepting A levels anymore ?!

Cambridge regional college is going to stop A levels all together which means students who are doing AS levels now will have to continue at Long Road which is the college im going to.

What i worry is that, CRC people are mostly chavs and not so bright people.
Therefore our colleges education level might go down drastically! i really don’t want that to happen. its bad as it is!!!

so can everyone, if not some of you click on link below and sign the petition?

1)If the moral fiber of the people at CRC is so low, they won't care that A Levels have been stopped, will stay at CRC and do whatever qualifications are offered.
2)That online petition will do nothing. An eskimo could sign that thing knowing absolutely nothing about the situation, and as such I don't think it's going to affect matters.
3)Why do you care what happens to the standard of results?

If the classes gets mixed up and we have to sit in classes with them, im sure they will interrupt rudely in many ways.

im sure some of them will be fine. but i doubt all will be in a mood to learn all the time.

EDIT: the people at CRC are doing demos so i think they do care

cool. which college did u go to before?

I went to a secondary school called Witchford, near Ely. I did a GNVQ at CRC, and started A-levels at Long Road, but didn't like it so did a degree at APU (now ARU) :)

CRC is affiliated with ARU (was APU) so I guess they will be doing more HE stuff. There was talk of setting up an ARU campus in Peterborough whilst I was working there so maybe CRC are looking to become more closely tied to ARU...?
