create me a custom folder icon please

basically, my mate has custom icons for all his windows shortcuts such as mycomputer, folders and stuff like that. now, im crap with photoshop, so can anyone do me a design for a folder icon... its one picture. it has to be bold, black and white, the theme for it is cartoony, someone like a geeky kid with a confused face. and no border, just the kid, no background

depends on price and quality to be honest, but correct me is im wrong, im asking for a tiny graphical art thats no bigger than 120x80 and also im sure your not aloud to sell services on this forum.
