Just wondering, who uses Mono and who uses CEE? I had mono before but this time around I bought some CEE. I read an article tho that said that CEE absorbs so quickly that within something like 30mins 75% of it remains in system where as Mono has 99% still! Over a long time this deteriates quite quickly.

I will try and find the article to post up in a second, just wondering what people on here use.
 
I use CEE. It does work brilliantly.

That said, mine is running out so I am trying to decide whether to just buy Taurine, or whether to buy Taurine and CEE (they work in synergy apparently).

I would never entertain the idea of Mono. That's not because I doubt it's effectiveness, it's because I rate conveniance very highly and swallowing tablets is about as easy as it gets ;)

CEE peaks in your blood plasma 60 minutes after taking it, not 30 minutes.
 
Taking taurine for 1 month as well as mono for 2 months, with the mono gains were obvious could lift heavier plus i looked bigger but since taking taurine my strength hasnt increased and size the same well weight any way. Whats taurine supposed to do any way?

Why are you paying money for something, (and putting it in your body) without looking in to what it does beforehand?

This is a major thing for all people who take any kind of supplement, be it dietary, medical or sports specific. You should know 1) what you are taking 2) what it can do for you 3) how to monitor what it can do for you.

back on topic - i use CEE (in orange juice)
 
I read up on it before i bought it but now iam using it it dosnt seem to help a great deal. Does anyone get any benefit from using it? or is it just me not noticing the benefits?

On the subject of creatine iam on my 8th week of mono 5g day pre workout mp recommends a week off about now but what do you guys recommend?

From what i understand its similar to creatine. Its used for cell volumisation and focus enhancing (according to mp)

Im using taurine and creatine mono at the mo. Only just started taking them so haven't noticed much yet.
