I currently have one 6950 I'm debating whether to purchase another one? And I was looking for some peoples comments on how much of a difference it will make to my fps. If you have any suggestions about a better and more effective way of increasing my FPS please tell me.

At that res I don't think it will really be worth it. The 1GB models don't scale as well as the 2GB model either I believe (Although not entirely sure). If you want better performance I'd say you'd be better off waiting for the ext gen of cards to come out.

I play world of warcraft on Ultra and most games on ultra I'd like to stay at 60 FPS most situations, excluding crysis 2 what sort of graphics card do you recommend?

Honestly, just stick with the 6950. It's still a great card and the new AMD cards should be out in a few months, maybe even as little as a month or two.

I have the 1gb model, xfire them will do just as good? and i'm running with 8gb 1666, AMD 3.61ghz quad core, Want to max most things. Just wanna know if crossfiring them will actually give me a decent fps boost?

This should give you some idea, a single 6950 bench and a Xfire bench, but do not forget these scores are for the bios flashed ref 1 2gb cards.
