Hi,
I was wondering, I know if you put 2 4850s with 512mb each in crossfire it's effectively 512mb shared, but what if you had one 4850 with 1gb, and one with 512?
 
They will only have access to the smallest amount of memory - so both cards would effectively be 512mb.
