cheers all :D

It may have 2 PCI-E slots but unfortunately your board does not support Crossfire.

EDIT: It does, my bad, it was on the product page but in small text. Have you tried another corssfire bridge? Maybe you need to enable something in the BIOS?

its truly bloody annoying just ordered another bridge from flea bay and cant spot anything in bios, what would i be looking for ? cheers

Usually you just enable the crossfire in the AMD Catalyst software and only one crossfire bridge is needed.

Have you connected all power connectors to the cards.

Bare in mind your 2nd PCI-E slot only operates at 4x.

i have yes i used adaptors for the power though but i will be getting new board and cpu sorted out in the future as well so that may help things. Was hoping this second card would keep me going until the new cpu,s come out and see which would be best for gaming you see.

Just read the manual, as RJC said the slot only runs on either x4 or x1 depending on the device plugged in. If that's the case, then maybe Crossfire refuses to be enabled due to lack of bandwidth for the second card.

ok thanks for all the help, will try secong crossfire bridge whan it gets here.
