Crossfire query???

I know this might sound like a daft question, but how do you know whether Crossfire is enabled?

in ccc there is a option for crossfirex with a box to check enable crossfire, if your not sure if its working try running a benchmark like 3dmark06 or 11 with one card then agian with two, just by the scores you will know if its working or not

Look in the Catalyst Control Centre.

Right click CCC in taskbar then:

If xfire is working you will get the Xfire logo top right of your screen in game.
(Remember xfire only works fullscreen.)

Cool. But Steam and Win7 score are not identfying it though.

win 7 score will not be affected by XFIRE, unsure why steam games arent, mine do.

As you can see on steam it says no crossfire or sli dectected.

dont know if steam will run xfire as its not a full screen app, but the games when you launch them should be.

not sure, at work so cant look
i know dirt2 and left for dead 2 ran xfire fine through steam. like suggested, enable the Xfire logo in games and run one, if the logo shows up your good to go, if not, panic if no one has answered by this evening i will look when i get home for you

Yep its deffo working, I still don't know why Steam aint recognising it though.
