Why would my second card not be displaying any readings in ati overdrive it always has before but now nothing no fan speed even, I know it won't show any usage till it it kicks in but other readings should be there.
Could this also have a bearing on my other problem which the flickering that I get get rid of in high end games.
Yours thoughts please people.
 
So not anybody has an idea then, checked each card individually and they great on their own swapped them over and changed the PCIe slots now in 1 & 2 but still nada in in overdrive for which everone is the second card.
Could it possibly be the drivers ? using 11.5 atm.
 
I've had the same problems in the past. Crossfire would work just no data in Overdrive.

However on 11.4 with latest Cap I have the 2nd cards data in OD

I got flickering with my 5870 crossfire cards, it was the second card that was causing it!, happened on loading screens in CrossfireX, and when installed as a single cards bad flickering and artifacts were noticed on the desktop!
I RMA'd it for a refund as it had occured with a few of the cards I received as replacements!
I took the plunge on ASUS 6950 (unlocked shaders, clocked to 900MHz 1375Mhz) CrossfireX and never looked back!
Selling my other older 5870 at auction while it still has some value! 5K series crossfire with some research seems very problematic! It also scales like s*it!
Just my two cents!
