Crossfire ?

Okay atm i have a 2900xt 1gig version which is breathtaking, but id love to get another for xfire for future games but cant find one, so i was wondering is it safe to put the 512mb version in with it ?

If you get a 512 version you will be limited to 512MB mem.

TBH you'd be better off selling the 2900 and getting 2 x 3870's.

yes thats the best solution, get rid of that 2900 while its worth the premium

OOOH i just found someone whos got my card in stock(1gig 2900xt) and ive ordered it, woohoo, overall thats 2gigs of uberness and 640 pipelines
