Crucial 32gb (2x16gb) cl16 3600 BL2K16G36C16U4B - Single Rank

I have this module: BL2K16G32C16U4B 2x16GB, which I think it is a single-rank B-die. Right now, I'm running these on 4000MHz CL 17-19-19-40-2T tRFC is 1023 on auto, at 1.4V. Can I expect more with these? What's the max safe voltage I can run?

If it's Samsung B die it won't be single rank in a 16GB module.

Micron B die can be single rank in a 16GB module.
