Okay, got everything installed, followed 'Sean's Windows 7 installation guide'

Does anyone have any other tips or tricks to get the best performance etc.

Quick test

Drive came with the latest FW.

Edit: Do people suggest turning off windows-write cache buffer? or should we lave it enabled?

Yeah WIN7 Suppose to turn off set features, but i noticed it hadn't so i've made sure they've been disabled.

Superfetch, prefetch, Defrag etc.

Ran WEI, Didnt turn off the features, hence why i had to do it manually.

Have changed pagefile to 1024. Have 8GB RAM, Should be fine i think!
