My 18 month old M225 ssd recently just died. It just stopped being recognised in bios.
Even tried it in an external caddy with no luck.

I e-mailed Crucial support explaining what had happened and requesting an RMA.

A short exchange of e-mails (extra questions from Crucial) has led to them replacing my drive with a new C300, the whole process taking little over a week, including receipt of the replacement.

I just wanted to let people know that Crucial are still providing good service.

That is all. :)

Yea crucial are always good with RMA's.
Had to send some Ballistix Tracer back once for a faulty LED.

They apologized for the inconvenience and sent me 4GB back instead of 2GB :D
