Cryptic quiz help

I'm trying to find the answer to a cryptic quiz but just can't work it out, it's the last one so it's really bugging me.

The answer is a TV programme and the clue is, (the numbers are for words/letter)

This looks like an expensive fellow (3,3,7,6,3)

Come on collective OcUK wisdom, I know we can get it!

Decided the last "3" was man on a whim and it went from there
