Hi Guys

We have finally got stock landing of these cables. Due in next week.

I have been using our sample on my 7990 rig at home and it has not only drastically reduced the temperatures of my cards but also it has been totally stable with no issue mining at full load for well over a month.

Was hoping for USB ones, is this just the start of a full range? This type of cable is a little old hat really mate, well done for finally getting some stock in though...
 
its great seeing OCUK bringing in products that customer want.

However, i do have to be a critic on this one and say... to little to late.

Pricing...from someone who has purchased these types of cables in the past from many different suppliers/manufactures these could be a slow seller.

Our stock will land in a few days, once we have a confirmed landed price, we shall re-evaluate what other places with stock sell these for and them price ourselves competively if required to do so. :)

Good to hear. With risers, it seems to be either price or speed of delivery that is wrong, so if you can find yourself covering both bases you'll be laughing. These ribbon cables can be had very cheaply, but usb cables at this price with UK shipping would go like hotcakes.
 
Agreed this is good News.

Price + Timescale for deliver is a key balancing act.

Would be great if OCUK can also source

PCIe x4 to x4/8/16 riser in 30cm lengths. and other risers in other lengths.

I am sure there are other people like myself who want SLI/Crossfire and have a PCIe SSD which limits Airflow. Longer PCIe riser eliminates this issue.
