Cryptographic Services ??

I have the problem when i try to install some software, whereby i get this message on screen,

"Setup could not verify the integrity of the files needed for installation. Make sure the cryptographic service is running on this computer"

I have searched on google, but have not found a reasonable answer why this is happening and how to fix this problem. I have also looked through "msconfig" and nothing i can see is unchecked etc.

Can anyone help with a fix for this please??

Start -> Run -> "services.msc"

Is the cryptographic service running?

Start > Run > CMD :

Yes it states that it is running and is automatic (startup).

The requested service has already been started

I'm going to try and run the software setup again
