Crysis 1 Movement/Mouse Problem

I just installed the original Crysis game that I have the CD for. I went onto the game and when I tried to move, WASD + my mouse didn't work. They still work when I re-map the controls, but as soon as I try to move in-game they stop working again. The Night Vision (I) control works for some reason, but no movement controls, and the middle mouse button works for selecting armor abilities

Please help.

Do you have any other USB devices plugged in e.g. gamepads?

If so disconnect them and try again.

No but I have figured something out, my disk may be broken. I ran the CPU/GPU benchmarks and found out, only the map loads, and there are no models for anything

Only water and the map. No explosions, buildings, NPCs, vehicles, weapons

I guess I could torrent the game and use my CD key. If that is legal of course.
