It looks ok... but were has all the creative potential gone with modern games?
With a game like this in multiplayer you should be able to smash through walls, throw stuff or people ala HL2DM and the grav gun, "maxium" leap or speed or whatever else or even sheild yourself with dead bodies etc etc...
Im getting so sick and tired of everything either running on an over used unreal engine or nearly everything looking exactly like COD with all this stupid +50 +100 crap and stupid "perks" and all the stop start motion of play.. gun up - gun down - ironsight.. urghh.. it ruins the fluidty of fast paced shooters... its like modern games are being made primarily by psycologists, marketeers and accountants rather than real passionate game developers and creative game makers who used to put their heart and soul blood sweat and tears into their games, and took pride in their work - hence why the games were brilliant
nowadays its like game developers are being kept as battery hens... restrict their potential and work the them to death so they can get as many eggs out the door as fast as possible and to hell with the quality control and pride the old free range hens had years ago, just as long as the farmers makes a huge profit off them
Modern games might look great, but they just seem to be so sorely lacking in substance that was present in most online games that came out 5-10 years ago... COD:UO, RTCW, UT, HL2DM, MOH, BF2, Tribes.. etc etc.. huge maps with 16-32-64 players, mods and user created maps, great atmosphere, clans and making friends, advanced movement and god forbid you had to THINK and use tactics and learn....
There just seems to be no innovation anymore apart from Valve and one or two others. Everything has just seemed to have taken a huge step backwards
We have all this super powerfull hardware.. quads, i7's, sandy's, bull's and 580's, 6970's and everything else thats comming soon along with all the untapped potential these days but games that were being played on Pentium 4's and Athlon 64's with geforce 4's and 9800's were light years ahead of most games today in nearly every respect
Sometimes less really is more..
Its all the little things and the brilliant attention to detail that used to make games great and long lasting with communities and clans.. and fun
Everything nowadays is just about instant gratification, big bangs and money
