Are you guys getting as annoyed as me with all of this Promotion stuff and not even a Demo yet? Its Pathetic tbh. Surely they have enough publicity already!??!!

You tried knocking one out to release some of that pent up tension you seem to have?

Not much going on in PC land these days :( Not enough good new games coming out. All spin and no substance.

I cant wait for crysis, but I too think they should take as long as they need on this, judging from the performance that cards like the X1900XT apparently are at in Crysis, I could expect to run it at Medium with my current rig :D

One of the developers of crysis said to pc gamer that one of the things they reckon will be essential for running crysis decently is 2 gigs of RAM.

He then went on to say that the hardware needed to run it at ultra high settings won't be around for about 18 months, as was the case with far cry, therefore keeping it current for longer.

Crytek have hardly promoted this game at all, their website isn't even up and running, almost everything we've seen, be it interviews or gameplay footage from Crysis are from development conferences where people have filmed footage and uploaded it themselves, i'd hardly say Crytek have spent any money promoting it. Moreover, it just says how anticipated this game is, hell I can't wait!

18Months :\, surely not, 6 months maybe, but 18 months? The G92 could be coming around crysis launch and thats surely gonns run it at ultra high if an 8800GTX can get away with high.
