Crysis beta to be released on fileplanet!!

Ok, well I am talking to a guy on MSN who downloaded it, he told me, it was installing, but it stopped at a certain point, he also mentioned the strange thing was the .EXE was signed by EA, well looked that way.

So I guess it is possible it is the real thing, just corrupt or either a part of it is missing.

Seems a very well done fake atm, but I dunno, he told me all files did not install, so still unknown.
 
Some crazy website i found on google and translated. files are from depositfiles.

Where did you get confirmation. As there was a leak in june that was fake. however this meant to be a leaked demo as of 18th.

no doubt it will be fake but would like to see it confirmed.
 
this demo at around 1.41gigs seems to be floating around. too tired to bother with it now, just got back from party so will look into it tomorrow.

doh may as well put it on download before i go to sleep
 
Found the demo within 2minutes and they say it's Vista only. And they all say it's fake.

Theres an XP version (973mb) and Vista version (1.3gb)....... I guess someone with too much time on there hands has put together an install program + 1gb of null data. I hope not however :p
 
I lawled at the obvious paint job on the "INSTALL" at the first part of the installation.

And also, where is the install window on the task bar? Everything else is there apart from it.
