Crysis Delayed

It's probably best in the long run that's it's been delayed. At least it will be a polished product when it's finally released. Anyway, it's going to have to be near perfect if it's to live up to all the hype, I just hope it doesn't dissapoint.

But it was ran and designed with the G80 cards, so tbh, no-one has lost out with this delay. I certainly didn't buy my GTS for Crysis... I bought it because it offers the best IQ and stonking performance in DX9 titles (obviously before the ATi card came out). My old 7800GTX was struggling and hence the new purchase.

But I see what you mean, I for one do not buy a card with a certain game in mind. I buy games and then see what happens.

Doesn't bother me in the slightest, I'm kinda glad as Bioshock was coming out at the same time. Hopefully I'll finish that before moving onto Crysis.

Only problem is all the games i want are going to be released at the same time

I don't like pirating so gotta pick the games i buy carefully.

If they could get a demo out sometime soon to show that the game is "all that" then id be happy to wait. Just seems all you hear with pc games is delays. :mad:

In my experience the only people who thought half life 2 was a letdown are generally people who wanted the story spoonfed to them. I actually liked the way valve did the story, loads of hints in pictures and dialogue, would make no sense that a character would walk upto you and tell you all about whats happened, seeing as the world has surrendered they obviously think you've lived through the exact same events and know whats going on.
