I got a key - but now its asking for another code after installing it?

Dont understand that lolage ive only played the beta a handfull of times, not sure where i would request another key either.

I had a key, it worked to start with. I put it in, it allowed it to download. I open it up, it wants another/the key again. I put in the key i was given and it wont allow it.
