Crysis ordered

Well there's been no word on Crysis for a couple of weeks. Same with UT3. How much longer do i have to play BF2 for? I have like 15 games installed and i'm bored with all of them! I want Crysis and i want it now! Or at least a demo would be nice! Same with UT3. Those are the only 2 games i really want out of this year. I'd also like to get TDU when it's released but i'm too cheap to afford it :(

Or swimming in tears when EA announce its delayed until 2008. ;)

I also think we could see a sequel to Far Cry, but on the consoles.

:rolleyes: Speculation about the release date is pretty pointless, but thats easy for me to say, since our mod team has access to the Crysis Pre-SDK :D :p

For the love of god why?
While the xbox versions were well recieved, and had a great map maker, they took out the one thing that made FC unique; non linear gameplay.

Well the PC community is getting Crysis, and with Ubi owning the Far Cry license , there is always opportunity to make money off a big game like Far Cry.
 
There was allegedly a media leak at UBI around 6 months back when concept art for FC2 was released, they havent commented yet but speculation at the time was that it would be PC and PS3 based...

1. It wont be.
2. Even if you dont like it, then if you keep it for a couple of months, you get to play Obsidian Edge 2 for free ;)

I actually didin't realise it was pre order at the time. :rolleyes: :o
Must have glazed over the big red letters saying pre-release. Doh.

but never mind, I'm sure it'll be a nice surprise when it does land on the doormat.
Enjoying eve for now but everyone is saying it's too late in the game to join now ???

A leading highstreet computer games/console store has just pushed back their advertised release date for Crysis from May 2007 to last quarter 2007, think that speaks volumes for Xmas 07 release then. :)

Right ;) Your comment that 'It wont be' I suspect is true for people who pre-order as I expect those who pre-order will like it because the've pre-ordered it. Actually it might be pants...of course the GFX will be good.

Can see this turning into something like the Stalker saga, Same with UT3

Do you whink i has anything to do with DX10 that all of a sudden the years major releases are all slipping?

Mibbe they were getting there but DX10 made them think again?
