Got to play Crysis at i31 this month and it was really impressive, the gfx are just amazing, i spent a lot of time just shooting bits off of trees.

We think the demo with be both DirectX10 and 9 versions or just DX9?

I'd expect both, can't see why they would delay the DX10 version unless because of some driver performance issue, still I don't they would hold the DX10 back in the demo.

Finally, am prolly gunna limit myself to just getting Crysis this year (my final year of uni) as I'm sure there'll be plenty of life in the game and it'll easily fill in those moments where typing up work has taken its toll

Yeh hopefully more along the lines of 'Wow is crysis as amazingly scaleable as people are saying!!!!???' not 'Omg wtf is crysis really that poorly optimised?!!!!?!'
