Crysis Warhead

Looks more like an expansion pack than a real game to be honest. That video is hilarious... especially when he strength jumps over someone, doesn't shoot, lands right behind them then throws a grenade past them.

It was going to be an expansion pack, released by the new studio. But they did such a good job they let them create a "full" game for release instead.
 
So is this going to run as you expect on new hardware, or should I expect performance like the current Crysis and wait for a few years when i have an Intel Octo-Core @ 5Ghz and two AMD Radeon 6870 X2's in Crossfire? ;)

Probably best just sticking with Halo 3.
 
ill be passing on this title, very very bored of fps run and gun games and crysis is no different to any other dumb shooter.

No he wouldn't have, never even looked like all those screenies that were getting bandied about either, remember all them photos they had, and had what they looked like in Crysis, rofl, what a load of ****. :D

Looks good :) Just playing through Crysis again actually, and was quite surprised to notice that after I got to the alien part, I had been playing it all through at 1920 x 1200! Running a Custom Config which looks like High/Very high and it's all been rather nice. Either proves one of two things.. Crysis really is a game you can play at a lower FPS due to certain factors, or 2) I really don't give a **** enough to notice.

Looks like they've included better ragdolls, which was and still is a major gripe for me.. Aslong as it runs better i'm sure it will be good enough :)

You're right, the game looks a lot better than that picture. Shame on Crysis for releasing the game.

As for the video wasn't that a comparison of Dx9 and Dx10 in the Crytek engine? Are you trying to say the video is CGI and no in-engine?
