Give me some hard proof that it's coming out on PC please.

I cant, but GOW is just one game I can easily make do without....

I dont even like those sort of games more in line with fps/RTS and imo no other platform comes close to the PC in those genres... obviously if they were releasing Crysis and UT2007 for Xbox360 id have to open my wallet

But GoW does look like mad fun online, theres no denying that, hopefully it does come out on the Vista platform under Vistas Live service in Fall 07.

How anyone can say GoW is 'not that impressive' is beyond me. Playing this on my 50" HDTV the graphics are just incredible, especially the level in the rain. It's just breathtaking, the amount of shaders being thrown around is gob shattering. You actually see the rain flowing down walls, railings, watertanks tree trunks etc, water streams from broken gutters and splashes on your character as you walk through it, rain streams across rocks so realistically you almost feel as if you can touch it. I've never seen a game recreate the atmoshere of being in torrential rain so brilliantly before.

However, having said all that I'm pretty sure Crysis will eclipse it in a lot of ways, and I'm saying all this as a gamer of both platforms. I'm really looking forward to Crysis

From what I have read, Crysis in DX9 mode will look better than any other DX9 game around.

Agreed i read it on some gaming site. I don't know whether or not i will buy it though.
