Depends on resolution and AA. I had a very good experience in 1280*960 0xAA 8xAF with everything on high under XP. Was always totally playable and looked fantastic. 1280*800 will run at least as well. 1680*1050 is more of a struggle though.

Girlfriend has an 8800GT "SSC", she runs the game on everything "High". Was a tiny bit laggy on the last few levels and cutscenes had a tiny bit of lag - but certainly nothing that affects the game.

GTAIV - that's only on 360 and PS3 on April 29th... (just incase you didn't realise!

)
