Rosters are already locked though aren't they?
mr15 and pub servers?
I've been toying with the idea of getting back in to CS myself. I just don't have the time though. If I did, I wouldn't even consider Source.. Unless it was to lol my way to the top.
I would love to see these people who rage on css for been to easy in action.A duel sir !
Like you did last time and just got laughed at?
Source is having a few bugs ironned out by a third party team now in charge of updates.. HFE I think :s
For competitive play it has problems with recoil (imo) while running. Recoil in CS is much better, you have to completly stand still before shooting, none of this shooting from the hip headshot spray rubbish. They're just (last couple weeks) released new crosshairs to gather feedback from pro teams etc. casrad is the competitive gaming site to go to really. Have live css games every night for speccing.
To answer your question, 1.6 still has the bigger prize pots than CSS at LAN's etc. But CSS is in the process of being updated to create a bigger difference gap between the real "pros" and 6 month-2 year players.
Nothing worse than getting WASDA'd every match.
Er, last time I played CSS was with Converge years ago.. And we were one of the top teams in the UK at the time, easily. That is the only Source team I have ever been in. Not really sure when/what you are referring to, or who you are.. But judging from your post in the other thread as well, you are obviously someone who I hurt the feelings of.. aw![]()
