CS:GO Low FPS, Help

CPU: 2700X at 4.3ghz GPU: Vega 64 RAM: 16GB 3200MHZ MOBO: X470 Why am I getting sub 200 FPS on 1280x1024 while every setting except shadows are off or on low?
 
check your power plan and make sure it is on high performance or something like this.
Also any recent updates?
Im assuming your pc is nice an clean, no high temps?
What is your fps in other games? Normal in comparison to others with the same hardware?

Everything you said I did, the PC is new 1 week old. Other games, high FPS. Only in R6 Siege I have weird texture bugs.
 
GPU will be rendering far quicker then CPU can handle , specially at 1024p screen . Could be a factor in low FPS .

Most cs:go comps run Intel's clocked to 5ghz on 1080p 240hz screens
