if the game doesnt arrive untill 2moro, when are you going to install it if you dont get home till 6?

time to install 10 - 15 mins
update steam - 5 - 10 mins
unlock CS:S game files - 15 - 20 mins
update cs:s - 30+ mins
change graphics settings etc 5 - 10 mins

dont quote me on the times but i have a 4mb connection and it took me around 1.5 hours before i was actually playing, mind you the wait was worth it, youll wont sleep for days

OK hardc0re_tid, this sounds bad

Where do I download the CS:S updates?
Could you provide me with a link for the Download, so I can Download the update/s at Uni on their 10MB connection tomorrow

So all I have to do when I get home is install them :)

lol dont worry dude. im not sure if u can actually download them off a site, steam usually downloads them when required. seeing as you will be installing from scratch, the amount of updates from when the DVD was released will take a while.
