CSS - Aligning Lists To The Right

I'm trying to create a list on the right side of a website, now aligning the text is easily done, but I want the bullet points to also be on the right. Anyone know of a way using lists?

I know it can be done using images or background images but I'd rather use lists.

Background image of the li is easiest.

Can also do

li {direction: rtl;}
li span {direction:ltr;}
