100 tick is overkill for a public server, imo 66 will be fine.

You might want to stick z-block on the server too, as it stops a lot of exploits being used.

small problem, i don't think you set the server to allow people to download content from it

as it won't let me download the map and i can't seem to find a download on the net for it...
