CSS height Issues + Fixed Position Menu

Hello...

the title pretty much says it all.. i'm having problems getting a main section to resize to fit in a contents area, so the contents area goes outside the main area. least in some explorers, others its fine. it doesnt work in firefox but does in IE7, also the fixed menu doesnt work in IE7 but does in firefox

i need to make this website multi-browser supported and was hoping for some help as i just cant figure it.

if anyone can help please say so and ill host it asap, wont bother if no-one is going to help

a few pictures are missing from the pictures page, i had to miss them out due to host's max file size

Edit: fixed the fixed menu, was using the wrong tag in one line of code, "Body" and changed that to "html" now works, but its still not displaying properly in Firefox

Edit Edit: sorted it! nevermind eh!
