tbh I'd bet on VAC shafting you for anything and everything they can.
how else are they going to get you to buy a new account.

the chatbox is quite annoying where it is placed now (higher up) scoreboard doesnt bother me, but what does is they waste time messing with a chatbox when id rather see them fix things like the defuse bug and the nade animation bug when someone is actually spraying at your face and not about to throw a nade really annoys me that one :mad:

You can and are perfectly allowed to. However, some (many?) servers will not allow it. You'll get an error when connecting about "forcing consistency" or some such.

I much prefer playing with a couple of skins (shotgun for one, makes me leet with it over the default rubbish) but they're absolutely a no if I play scrims, so might have to get rid of them for now.

Indeed the sound is well worth any gui tampering tbh.

they would have to supply servers (good ones) they would be the target of EVEN MORE HATE and would be ultimatly responsable for maintaining the game.

I just tried the update - doesnt seem to be that bad to be honest, but the textbox is quite pointless!

Do most of you guys play publics and stuff or competitive games? If the majority of you play publics mostly, but also hate the update, then I have to ask, who exactly are Valve doing these updates for now!?

Does anybody else get the server messages coming through even though the server messages are disabled on the text filter?

I haven't tried the mic yet, always have it disabled because of french kids.

Are they the things that come up in the top left that obscure the radar? That really annoys me. Didn't know there was a command to get rid of them, although ^ I guess if it's not working ho hum
