CSS Maps - where are the classics?

blahhh_s was my favourite map ever. it was brilliant.

but when it comes to real maps i like dust1 best... i hate dust2 i dont know why people love it, dust1 is where the action is at.

allso i think piranesi and assault are great too

There was one called de_railroad, quite a big map, 2 train buggy things which could go round the whole map.

Couldn't stay though, was too hungry! I'll be on again soon though, i'm working on a map at the moment so a lot of my gaming time is taken up

What were the two popular assault remakes in 1.6? Assault_1337 and something else?

Dust1 is only good if the Ts don't start spawn camping, and when they do its darn boring.

Dust2 is great because its a straightforward map. And if the Ts decide to spawn camp you can destroy them.

Plus, de_dust is very CT orientated.

dust can be balanced, it requires the T to rush. That is there only opportunity in the whole round

Jesus that map is huge, makes me want to make at 64 player sized map!
