CSS - Ping issues since servers went down

Just wondering if anyone else is having trouble with their ping since the servers went down.

I've gone from have a consistant ping of about 20 to 30 go all the way up to about 130 to 150 since the servers came back on.

Am i supposed to change some settings or something gone to default?

Please advise.

As far as i'm aware those servers are only auth servers. So it shouldn't really reflect on your latency to game servers. Have you tried playing on different servers?, or even doing a tracert to the server or something. Could be bad routing, I had that kinda issue with BT a month or so ago.

The servers are all the same. Nothing below 130ping on any. Would it help if i changed my settings?

Id leave it alone mate just till everything gets fully back to normal. My ping is was slightly higher earlier but this could be done to a lot of things... but having said that I couldnt get a single server listed to join unless I removed the tick from the secure setting in Anti-Cheat option. So give it a wee while yet before you start changing anything.
