CSS ping suddenly shot up

What i did to stop choke was to put this in the console :

fps_max 80

this fixed it for me, and;

cl_upspeed 256


is was on 320, but i believe adsl is 256 upspeed so i changed it, seems to play better now also.

I changed my rates also:

cl_updaterate 101

cl_cmdrate 101

all this stopped my choke and loss issues.

That helped me a fair bit. Except i used:

cl_updaterate 100
+
cl_cmdrate 100

And i didnt limit my framerate.

Choke doesnt seem to break 20 now, but sits on 0 a fair bit. Some more tweaking is needed i think.
