CSS Problem (Google Chrome)

Hi all - was wondering if maybe someone could help.

My site is here:

http://travellingdev.co.uk/travellingdev/default.aspx

on IE the stylesheet loads fine but on Google chrome: Nothing.

Can anyone see any glaring problems with the code?
