How is that relevant to his opinions on driving hot hatchbacks? I fail to see it's purpose in this thread. I better Petter Solberg hasn't rebuild an engine, but he's the first chap I'd ask about rally cars.

Well going by this thread I'd say we've got something in common then.
No, becuase this is the internet. It's just a bunch of opinions. Some of the people I've had the biggest arguements with have been some of the most decent, straight up blokes you could hope to meet at a meet. MrSix is a perfect example - we must have been at each others throats about the relative merits of somethingorother for about 5 pages. At the next meet, he was a top guy.
Thats what internet forums are for - you debate things, argue about things, give advice, and offer opinions. It's not real life and anyone who takes it into real-life is candiate for Tool of the Year.

There is a Honda in the garage here and I can often be found suggesting Accords to people. Perhaps you should just stop trying to guess things? Perhaps you should realise that, unlike yourself perhaps, I don't have blanket opinions like that?
