Assuming it will use the K20 engine it's really unlikely the car will come out with any more than 220/230bhp. Barring use of highly agressive cams, the engine simply can't make 250bhp without decent induction and a decat (high spec manifold & cat back), this creates noise, a lot noise.
The only thing you can absolutely bank on is that the UK/EU/AUS DM cars will not have the same power of the JDM model.
I still say 200 - 220bhp, Honda are smart - they can keep the peak bhp of that car sensible (for fuel, insurance, traction and emmissions reasons) and play around with giving it a serious mid-range and the usual top end by simply allowing the vtec magic to happen at 5,000rpm.
