Hi everyone, just received an email from Cuckoo, putting £3 a month extra on my bill, taking it to £43 a month for the 900 plan, so I'm hoping you can help with a recommended provider from a City Fibre supplier. Just looked and Home Telecom are coming in with a decent offer, anyone had any dealings with them.
Thanks

That's just the usual price increase for this time of year. You'd have been informed about that when you signed up and if you leave now, you'll no doubt have to pay an early termination fee.

(I'm also with Cuckoo)

I'm looking to renew soon and Toob seem OK. £25pm 18months with no prices rises. 900mb connection. Would they cover your area?

I have and avoid them like the plague.

I was with No One, who were bought by Home Telecom and the service went through the floor.

Had to fight like crazy to get my service cancelled when I moved.

Hi
I signed up when it was Giganet on a rolling contract and I'm almost certain it stated no price increase, but presuming now, as they are Cuckoo and I'm on the rolling contract they want me on a contract, as they've just literally sent me a renew, a 24m contract, of £17.50 for 6 months, £35 until April 2027, then £38 thereafter. I'm pretty happy with Cuckoo and the only problem I've had was the cable in the joint box, coming into the property losing it's signal, due to the weather I presume, someone came and they fixed it promptly.
Cheers everyone for your suggestions.
