I've been thinking about this quite a lot and a few things don't add up.

Fact 1 - this guy has a shower which means he might wash himself now and again. This goes against type. Suspicious.

Fact 2 - this guy has made a 3D shower girlfriend instead of the preferred anime-lovers choice: a 2D girlfriend. Suspicious.

Fact 3 - this guy is NOT living in his mom's basement. Suspicious.
