Up until the end of August, current Be* customers who signed up before April 2009 can get 2 months for free for signing up on another 12 month contract. Just create a BILLING ticket, ask for the offer and your done.

Hope this helps a few people :)
 
you can also (instead) ask for your bill to be dropped and they should drop it from £18 to £12 per month :)
 
Strange i've been gettin billed 19.50 again, have they re-included the 17.5 tax again as it did drop not long ago..
 
I got my bill dropped to £12 after saying that O2 provide essentially the same service for a much cheaper price. Definitely worth raising a ticket for.

I was going to go for this, but im going to put it on hold now after some of the comments I have seen on the be forums, and the unprofessional approach from Be* regarding their rebranding. Iv sent a ticket expressing my concern, im going to read further into the forums and see what Be say to me.

This is what I wrote to them:

Hi, I'm a current O2 mobile Customer and I realise that Be* and O2 are now the same company at the top of the ladder. Are there any options open to me by staying with the Be* front end as I notice O2 offer lower prices to O2 customers.

^^ I pretty much posted that after i had resigned up to get my 2 months free, and am now also on 12.50 a month!!!!

Nice double wammy :) 12.50pm for a 24mbit down/2.5mbit up connection is amazing :)
