After reading your comment I double checked the price and I agree that's insane to spend. I'm hoping to find the processor cheaper than that. I may be able to find it in a used computer at a thrift store or just wait till it becomes cheaper. I got my processor which was the core i7 2620m for 30 USD. It just had bent prongs I fixed with a card. I honestly think it would work and I probably should upgrade my rig but I just find it fun to see how far I can take it. My games run pretty good but I also do penatration testing with my laptop as well... as a hobby. I program too for fun. That pic with my screen on my laptop i use that to navigate through my laptop. Explorer.exe I replaced with a .bat I made so I can navigate with my num pad. I always wanted a laptop when I was younger so it's also very sentimental to use this laptop. It's the first decent laptop I've ever owned.
What I'm trying to say is based off my current processor I know it won't read 1600 mhz fully on the new RAM I plan to get but if I somehow get this processor then it might based on what I've found on the specs. If I also upgrade the processor it will give it HD 4000 integrated graphics on my laptop not HD 3000 like I have now. I've also tried to find specs on my motherboard and it doesn't say how much mhz it can use... So I'm guessing it's the processor specs I should go by.
And according to this site the Intel Core i7 2620m has integrated graphics in the processor itself:

I'm hoping with the new processor and RAM and if I can do it under $100 USD would be nice. I know I'm being optimistic but I'm hoping for at least a 25% to 30% increase in response time on my laptop. With new graphics and a slightly higher ghz in processing power I think it's doable.
my motherboard comes up as JE50_HR on my Acer Aspire 5750z
