Current GPU options

@Tetras I think you're right too, there are only arch tweaks and optimisations going on generally between 3 and 4. Hence at the rumoured 230/240W power consumption I can't see the performance being anything special, XT and XTX will still be top of the tree. Hope I'm wrong!

Hmm. That gives me unpleasant reminders of nvidia's graphs with frame gen, since I could see AMD locking FSR/frame gen behind RDNA4 and using the graphics to boast of the uplifts :o
